Shipping Policy
All orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
During busy periods, processing times may extend slightly - but we’ll always do our best to get Donut Cop to you ASAP.
Rural delivery please allow an additional 1-3 days.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If the address is entered incorrectly and the parcel returns to us, we can resend it — but additional shipping charges may apply.
Returns & Refunds Policy
My Item Arrived Damaged, Faulty, or Not as Expected
If your item arrives damaged, or with missing components please notify us promptly. We will arrange for the return of the product for assessment. If the issue is confirmed, we’ll replace the item at no additional cost to you.
To expedite your return, please ensure the following:

Retain the original packaging, including the box or satchel

Provide a detailed description of the fault or damage

Include clear photos of the damage

I’ve Changed My Mind and No Longer Want the Item
If you’ve changed your mind, you can return the item as long as it’s unopened, in perfect condition, and returned within 14 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive the item and confirm its condition, we’ll issue a refund.
